Lifestyle Tennis Academy teaches players various lifestyle skills and the game of tennis plays a role in it. Starting with play tennis for toddlers to more advanced coaching for tournament and club players. Keep an eye on our adult programs!
At beginner level players are introduced to the game by focusing on footwork, hand-eye coordination exercises and basic strokes used to play tennis. Tournament preparation for the more advanced players is done through mental, physical, tactical and technical analysis and application.
Our coaches focus on the individual needs of each player and will always act in the best interest of our players.

Danie Strydom (Pro)  Danie Strydom is qualified and registered as a Professional Tennis Coach and Updated Pro with TSA (Tennis South Africa) with a lifetime of coaching experience. He has been involved with training on all levels for more than 30 years, including management level. He has a Higher Diploma with Training Management. He has also done the European Golf Teaching Federations (EGTF) Golf Teaching Diploma Course. Involved with Continued Professional Development.. Provincial Coach and Manager of GN u/13, u/15, u/17 and u/19 Badminton teams. He will also do the next Coaching Course by TSA as well as Continued Professional Development..
