Pavebuild is a privately owned company, started by Niel Blount in 2007. Pavebuild is not BEE since our annual turnover does not exceed R 10 mill. However, we only use BEE Sub-Contractors, providing them skills and support to start their own business, or buy shares in Pavebuild.
